Each piece from Muddy Bird Pottery is carefully wrapped and securely packed to help ensure it arrives safely. The studio ships within the United States only, and shipping costs are included in the price of each item. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. RETURN POLICY

Each piece is packed with great care to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. For this reason, refunds are not offered for items damaged in transit. If an item arrives and does not meet your expectations, a refund will be issued once the piece is returned undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
